Our certified - experienced Pilates Instructors will lead you through a series of excercises focusing on strengthening the core stabilising muscles leading to improved balance, posture, strength & flexability.

Pilates can be done or mats or on specialised pilates equipment. To start the excercises might feel easy, but they are designed to put as little strain on the body as possible.


Pilates is very good for rehabilitation as was designed by Joseph Pilates. The sessions cater for all levels of fitness for the beginner to advanced.

Yoga

The benefits of yoga are both mentally & physically. Our instructors will show you how to improve flexability, strength, posture, stamina, concentration, attention, backcare.

Respiratory & Cardiovascular correct breathing is taught leading to extra oxygen & vital energy.
